.NET application architecture on Azure
Service

.NET development for UK businesses.

Bespoke business applications, customer portals and APIs built with .NET and Azure. Connect the systems your team already uses, from initial discovery to ongoing support.

Responsive .NET business application

Applications designed for the cloud, not lifted into it

Every application we deliver is built as a set of services on Azure: App Service or Container Apps for the workload, Azure SQL for the data, Service Bus for asynchronous work, Key Vault for secrets and Application Insights for what happens in production.

Infrastructure is defined as code, environments are reproducible, and every merge deploys through the same pipeline. Nothing is configured by hand in a portal.

What a .NET engagement covers

APIs and services

ASP.NET Core minimal APIs and background workers, versioned, documented with OpenAPI and secured with Entra ID.

Web front ends

Blazor or Angular interfaces designed for people who use them all day: keyboard-first, fast tables, real validation.

Azure architecture

App Service, Container Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault and Azure SQL, sized to the workload and the budget.

CI/CD and IaC

Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions pipelines, Bicep-defined infrastructure and repeatable environments per branch.

Security and identity

Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on, role-based access, managed identities and secrets held in Key Vault.

Observability

Application Insights, structured logging and alerting, so problems are found before your users report them.

How a project runs

A two-week discovery produces the architecture, the backlog and a fixed price for the first release. After that we deliver in two-week increments, each one deployed to an environment your team can use.

01

Discovery

Requirements, architecture, Azure sizing and a costed backlog.

02

Foundation sprint

Repository, pipeline, environments and identity in place before feature work starts.

03

Increments

Two-week releases, demonstrated and deployed, with the backlog re-prioritised each time.

04

Handover or support

Documented handover to your team, or a support retainer with defined response times.

The stack we work in every day

One platform, deliberately. It is why we can estimate accurately and still support a system years after it went live.
